CORN CLUB is a 23-year young specialty Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) focused on sweet corn and baby corn recipes.
The concept was implemented by Rahul and Radha Mhaske in 1999. It started as a small eatery in Model Colony, Pune, and later transformed into a QSR at F.C. Road in 2001.
It was a purposeful initiative to promote sweet corn and baby corn as innovative agricultural crops developed at their family farms since 1995.
A major challenge was year-round fresh supply, so a group of farmers was formed for contract farming, which later became MONSOON AGRO BIO PVT LTD (MABPL).
Despite challenges like expensive imported seeds, efforts led to policy changes in 2002, making quality seeds affordable for farmers.
Today, CORN CLUB is known for innovative corn-based recipes like soups, sandwiches, patties, biryani, spring rolls, pizza, baby corn fingers and more.
